"Charitable Apartment"
On December 1, 2009 Est-a-Tet became an official partner of the program «Charitable apartment» that has been developed together with charity the fund «Life line».
The fund «Life Line» lends targeted help to children at the age of under 15 whose life is in danger because of deathful heart diseases. The fund puts up money for the treatment of children all over Russia.
The cost of one heart surgery is on average 150-200 thou rbs, and it means that only 2-3 square meters in a usual Moscow new building can save the life of one child. And now every buyer of an apartment in Est-a-Tet becomes a participant of our charity program. A part of the profit received by the agency from «charity meters» sales – not less than 500,000 rbs quarterly is transferred to the fund «Life Line» to lend support for critically ill children.
Our task is to find a possibility for target-oriented help for children who need both simple human sympathy and serious treatment. We are sure that our close-knit team is able to save at least one child.
The program «Charitable Apartment» is the continuation of family values line on which the positioning of our Company is based.
We are planning to lend all-round support to the «Life Line» fund . 100% of the sum which Est-a-Tet transfers to the fund will be spent on surgeries of certain children. A report listing the names of children whose surgeries were paid for at our expense will be published quarterly.
